Ricardo`s Pizza in Greendale

The food is tasty . Prices are reasonable. Service is good.

Pizza is delicious and I put it in my Top 5, which is a huge compliment, as I try a lot of yummy pizza’s! Appetizers good, service has been hit or miss. But, since the place is usually busy and a popular place, I give service a pass. If that’s a big deal to you, go when it’s not busy. I keep coming back for pizza!!

Did curbside pickup, went well and was smooth. Pizza crust is a thin crust with a very nice crisp. Sausage was tasty and wished they gave more sausage on the pie. Would definitely go again.

Just had the best carry out pizza from Ricardo’s in Greendale. Thin crispy crust, great sauce, sausage and veggies. It was hot and and delicious! Thank you for being open. The pick up was very efficient!

Decided to place an order to go for their Friday fish fry since we love coming here and have never had a bad experience. My family and I understand that this is a difficult and confusing time for everyone with everything going on and the restaurant only being open for curb-side pick up, but picking up our food today was a complete disaster. We placed an order over the phone and were told it would be ready at 4:45. Upon arriving at 4:45, we waited in line for our turn but got served last, even after all the cars behind us. The manager asked what our name was 3 times and bypassed us for a total of 45 minutes we waited. Once we got our food it was cold and not worth the wait. We will not be returning and hope this company does not treat anyone else with such disrespect.

Just ordered take out, but it was a busy place. A packed house usually means a great atmosphere. My food was delicious and the staff was very friendly, both on the phone and in person.

Pizza and sauce are bland, could use a kick of spice. Service was decent, staff very accommodating and friendly. Seating is odd, they pack you in. Wings were good, wish they would have stated it was breaded. Appetizers are priced well and you will be server a decent amount.

Been going to Ricardos for over 20 years, the service and food have always been great! friendly staff, nice atmosphere, its our go to place for a special night out.. if you dont like the wait go during non peak hours! The one star reviews are either 90% fabricated or just a bunch of suburban whiners smh..Think about it if they were as bad as these one star reviews why in the heck are they always soo busy? majority vote rules in favor of Ricardos by a landslide!

Always loved coming home for Ricardo's, but won't be doing that any longer. People handling my food yesterday were not wearing masks. Pretty sad look for a restaurant during a pandemic. Wearing masks protects your customers and other employees, and not requiring food runners to put one on is putting people at risk. Just because it's not required by law doesn't mean it isn't an easy and common sense way to show people you care about their health as much as their business.

Great pizza and a fresh look at pizza styles. The cheesecake slices, however, are more like slivers and are way over priced.

This was my first time eating at Richardo's and it was amazing! We got a pepperoni pizza and chicken fettuccine alfredo; it was so flavorful! I will definitely be coming back!

This spot is great and spacious, the menu was delicious and the rates were very affordable. quick, efficient service and very attentive staff members. I recommend this place.

It was my first time there last night. We Sat outside on the patio. Loved listening to the fountain. The food was fantastic. The wait staff were very friendly. I will definitely be back!!!

Always have had a great experience over many years!! In my opinion they have the greatest pizza that I have ever had. If you want to go there, I suggest making reservations as they are very popular.

I have always enjoyed their food and the Taco Pizza is a special favorite. Our server was so friendly. I wasn’t too pleased with their hostess who quoted us a 25 minute wait, then tried to seat us in a booth .. maybe she lacks experience with Plus size customers?

It was delicious. We went with a whole group, the place was bustling, yet our service was still fast. One of the women at our table asked for a new drink, as it was too sweet for her, and there was no fuss about it.

Might have the best pizza around, guess I will never know since I tried calling for 25 minutes before anyone answered. Then was put on hold and told it would be another 45 minutes to an hour before pizza would be ready for pick up. Seems like poor staffing/management of this place.

The pizza sauce and crust were delicious!

One of my favorite places to get pizza!! Always so yummy no matter what we get! The staff is amazing!
